According to CEIS news of Feb.5, 2007, four NGOs from China and the European Union (EU) have kicked off a plan to promote economic exchanges and cooperation between cities and enterprises in China and Europe.

According to the action plan, two to three Chinese and European cities will be selected as partners to conduct trade and economic exchanges this year, said Deng Yubo, secretary-general of the Association for International Entrepreneurs in Germany, one of the four NGOs to launch the action plan.
