As an NGO network dedicated to promoting international exchanges and cooperation, CNIE has set up extensive links with non-governmental organizations and personages both home and abroad, with a view to encouraging Chinese NGOs to have more engagement with their counterparts in the world, so as to enhance friendship among peoples of various countries.
The highest policy decision-making body is the CNIE Membership Congress. The CNIE Council is the executive organ of the Membership Congress. The CNIE Executive Council is the functioning body between the Council meetings.
